Doon Po Sa Amin bags two Anvil awards
Smart Communications Inc.’s (Smart) Doon Po Sa Amin project received one Excellence Award and one Merit Award at the recently held 45th Anvil Awards, an annual event conducted by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines that honors outstanding institutional and corporate public relation programs and tools.
Smart’s entry, “Doon Po Sa Amin Wall Calendar,” was given an Excellence Award under the Public Relations Tools (Publications) Category while the “Doon Po Sa Amin Learning Challenge: Learning by Doing” entry received a Merit Award under the Public Relations Programs (Education) Category.
Smart also received 5 other awards for its public relations initiatives: SmartCares Twitter (Excellence), Launch of the Talk ‘N Text advocacy campaign “Tipid Sulit Pinas!” (Excellence), “Financial Inclusion of the Poor Through Partnerships” (Merit), Pandemic (H1N1) 2009 Virus Information Campaign (Merit), and SMARTrees Campaign (Merit).
