1. All SSP partner schools are invited to contribute articles for the SSP website and to join the SMP Points & Rewards System.

2. Article contributions fall under the following categories:

        NEWS
             - Intra-school activities: Graduation/ Recognition Exercises, Inauguration Ceremonies, Foundation Day, Intramurals, Intra-school competitions, Themed programs, trainings, workshops, Science Fair, etc.
             - Inter-school competitions
             - School-based community news: outreach programs, clean-up drive, etc.

        FEATURES
             - School
             - Outstanding teacher
             - Outstanding student
             - Active club or school organization
             - Training Insights
             - SSP Insights
             - Essays (on Education, on IT/ICT, on SSP)
             - Community Features (stories involving the school and the community)

        SMART TOOLS
             - Classroom Tools Series: teaching tips and resources for Math, Science, Filipino, English, Makabayan, etc.
             - ICT Resources
             - Teacher Resources
             - Other education resources

3. Article contributions must include the name of the author, school, designation, and contact number. Articles and/or supporting photos can be submitted via email to smartschools@smart.com.ph.

             - SMART reserves the right to choose which articles or entries will be published online.
             - The following is the criteria for the publishing of articles or entries:

                      CONTENT – 60%
                           - Information (verity, originality, and relevance/significance to the website)
                           - Supporting information (photos, links, etc.)

                       COMPOSITION – 40%
                           - Structure and Grammar
                           - Appeal and value

             - Every published article and entries under the Gimmicks section will have an equivalent point which will be credited to the participating school’s total points. The point roster is as follows:

        - Contributors will receive individual tokens from Smart.
        - Contributors whose articles are published can also be given a certificate of contribution upon request.
        - The number of Gimmick entries per school will be subject to the limitations of the Gimmick’s mechanics.
        - Accumulated points of every participating school will be tallied every quarter, and at the end of the school year. School points will be announced and posted in the SSP website every quarter.
        - Tallied points will have a corresponding reward. Participants have the option to claim their reward every quarter, upon which the school’s accumulated points will be reverted to zero. The school can also let their points accumulate at the end of the school year in exchange for a bigger reward.
        - The school(s) with the highest total points at the end of the school year will also get the grand prize aside from the reward that it will earn based on the rewards schedule. In case of a tie between two schools, both schools will get the grand prize.
